Simplifying your Social Media Strategy with Gemma Lloyd
Gemma is the founder of Social Mums and is passionate about helping small business owners who juggle running a successful business, with family life, make the best of their social media. After a long career in marketing, she has been specialising in social media for the last 7 years and training small business owners since 2017.

Instagram Stories Success with Anna Skipwith
Anna founded @hellosocial.media to support small businesses looking to use social media more effectively.
She offers 1:1 and group training and consultancy, including platform audits, content and strategy sessions. Her training style breaks topics down into step by step learning – so her clients understand what to do and, crucially, why.
Anna previously worked in PR so business communication is very much her “thing”. She’ll encourage you to engage on social media in a way that suits your brand and your personality. She’s very aware of the time constraints on small businesses so she’s also big on showing you ways to beat social media overwhelm.
Instagram Stories are a vital part of any business’s Instagram marketing strategy – and they’re quick and easy to post!

Video basics with Kerry Hall
Kerry runs Summit Consulting, a Belfast (Northern Ireland, UK) based digital marketing consultancy. She works with businesses to improve their online presence, so they get more sales, reach new audiences, reduce costs or achieve whatever it is they want to do.
She’s a member of the Chartered Institute if Marketing MCIM, has a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and a degree in International Business and Languages from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Outside of work you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, organising the Mourne Mountain Marathon and feeding her family!
In her session Kerry is going to show you how to grow your digital channels and your business with video. You will learn the basics on how to shoot and edit good video your followers will love using just your smartphone.

How to win at Facebook Ads in 2022 with Claire Antill
Claire runs Little Olive Social, an agency specialising in Facebook and Instagram Ads.
She helps businesses tell their brand’s story, sell products, grow and scale with social media ads. Services offered include specialist coaching and training or done for you strategy and management.
Claire has worked with businesses in sustainable clothing, gifting and lifestyle, and baby brands, and has been a consultant for household brands, creating social media ads for Huggies UK at VaynerMedia.
In her session she will take you through:

Graphic Design Basics with Gemma Lloyd
The popularity of Canva has meant that we can all become graphic designers and as small business owners we generally DIY it when it comes to creating visuals for social media.
In this session Gemma will take you through six key design principals that will ensure you create professional looking visuals for your business. It doesn’t matter if you’re designing a cover image for your Reels, an informative carousel post or a header graphic for your Facebook page, by understanding these principals it will ensure you don’t make the most common mistakes and the graphics you do create will show your business in the best possible light.
Gemma has a degree in Design Management and although she’s not a trained graphic designer, she worked for many years as an Account Manager alongside design teams within various marketing agencies. Since launching Social Mums in 2017 she has created all of graphic elements used to promote the business herself and Canva is now her most favourite tool.
Really easy Reels with Rhea Freeman
Rhea Freeman is an award winning PR adviser, Meta Lead Trainer and #SheMeansBusiness adviser with an award winning weekly podcast called Small & Supercharged. She’s given two TEDx talks, guest lectures at two universities and has spoken at many events including the Festival of Female Entrepreneurs.
She’s passionate about teaching small businesses owners how to promote themselves well on a small (or non-existent!) budget and does through her membership group and one to one mentoring.
If you want to get up your Reels game but don’t know where to start, then Rhea’s session is for you! She’ll be looking at trending sounds, templates, transitions, text, tags and timings, picking a perfect preview and having fun too.
